Online Television and Radio

There are increasing opportunities to watch the television and listen to the radio on the Internet.

• For example, visit the ZDF.de site
• Click on “ZDFmediathek” at the bottom left column of the ZDF homepage. This takes you to a new page.
• Click the "Inhaltsverzeichnis" tab at the top which leads you to a range of different subjects areas. Choose a recorded video report which interest you.

Another very good resource for German listening material is "Deutsche Welle"

• Click the tab "Deutsch"
• In the left hand column, follow the link to "DW-RADIO" or "DW-TV". This will lead you to recorded material. Try for example DW-TV click Deutsch, click Video on demand, click Kino.
• Or listen to recorded Radio programmes.
• Alternatively, you can listen to live streaming of radio or TV programmes by clicking on the links in the top right corner of the DW home page.
